8 tbsp flax seeds 8 tbsp pumpkin seeds 150g dates 50g almonds 1 tbsp ghee
Dry roast the seeds for -minutes. . Separately roast the almonds. . Deseed the dates. And grind them in a mixer grinder. . To ground dates, add the seeds and grind once again. Until it all comes together. . Take this out in a plate, add a tbsp of ghee and roll them to make equal sized balls. Store in refrigerator and have one every day.
