2 whole wheat roti
Tumeric
Salt
Chicken masala
12 gm tomato ketchup
Beans
Chopped onion
Mustard oil or Olive oil
Switch on the stove and warm the pan with a hint of mustard or olive oil
Beat whole eggs by adding salt and turmeric as much you like
Pout out to make an omlet spread over the pan
Place two whole roti in such a way that it cover the omlet
Make sure the omlet cooks well
plate the roll
Now on a non stick pan put gm of soya chunks and roast it
Now put those soya chunks on top of the roll already prepared
Also add cooked beans and top it with chopped onion and ketchup
