100gms Capsicum
50gms Carrot
30gms Onion
30gms Tomato
20gms Peas
5gms oil
Salt(as per taste)
1/4 tsp Red Chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 maggie masala Sachet
1/4 tsp mustard seeds
4-5 curry leaves
Boil Vermicelli, carrot and peas together in a bowl and rinse it with cold water and keep it aside
Put oil in a pan and add mustard seed and curry leaves
Add onions and stir it for mins and add tomatoes.
Add capsicum and all the spices and put a lid for - mins.
Now add Vermicelli and the boil veggies and mix it for - mins.
Garnish with Coriander and enjoy with/without tomato ketchup.
p.s- I used Tomato ketchup only for plating.
