Boil soya chunks in water for mins, rinse and squeeze. . Mix thoroughly besan, curd, salt and turmeric. Add water as per requirements. . Heat oil in a pan, add seasonings/ temperings like kadhi patta, methi leaves, garlic, onion, sarson, red chilli etc. . Then add soya chunks and vegetables, like pumpkin, radish, brinjal etc. . Cover and cook for mins. . Add tomato paste and cook further mins. . Add some water, followed by curd mixture, and cook for mins, till kadhi starts boiling. . Serve hot with rice and salads by side.
