Wheat noodles :80gms
Mixed vegetables of your choice:200gms
Sauce of your choice I have used home made chilli sauce : 2tsp
Cumin seeds
Turmeric powder
Oregano : 2pinch
Chilli flakes : if you prefer : 3-4pinch
Oil/ghee: 3gms
Vinegar/lime juice : 1/2 tsp
Steps: . Heat pan . Add gms of oil and cumin seeds ,let it splutter . Add veggies and saute . Let the veggie get soft , keep sauting, add salt , turmeric powder,and saute . At the same time on the other gas , keep pan , Add pre boiled water , add noodles , little bit salt and gm of oil to the hot water and let it come to boil , the noodles should be just soft enough, dont over boil , drain the noodles from the water using seive . Now once veggies are soft add sauce of your choice and stir well, add noodles and stir carefully without breaking noodles much . Add some vinegar or lime juice if you prefer on top . Once its ready serve hot
