Tofu 100 g Chickpea flour/ Besan 10 gm Rice flour 10 gm Cabbage 100 gm Capsicum 100 gm Onions 100 gm Ghee 10 gm Green chili Coriander leaves Salt Chat masala Zeera pwdr Chili flex
Clean and Chop all the vegetables .. Grade/ mash tofu and mix with vegetables, Besan and rice flour.. Mix all the spices along with salt, knead it with - tablespoons water.. Make a soft dough.. Divide dough into small balls and give it a shape of fitters or pancakes.. Cook it both side in pan, apply oil/ ghee.. Enjoy it hot with any chatni or ketchup..
