1) Soya chunks (50 gms) 2) Green peas (25 gms) 3) Onion (25 gms) 4) Carrot (25 gms) 5) Methi (25 gms) 6) Oil (5 gms) 7) Spices (to taste) 8) Dhaniya chutney, Tomato chutney & Curd (alongside)
) Soak soya chunks in hot water. ) Wash, and strain excess water. ) Grind the chunks. ) add graded carrot, chopped onion, methi and green peas to it. ) Add salt, spices and mix well to tick batter. ) Keep the batter aside for sometime. ) Polish oil on a pan heat it on medium flame. ) Make small patties of the batter and place evenly on pan. ) Cover the lid and let it cook for - min. ) Turn the side of pattie's cook for more mins or till it gets crispy. ) Serve hot with Tomato chutney, Dhaniya chutney and Curd.
