20g boiled, squeezed, and blended soya chunks 50g grated paneer
10 gm oil, 20 gm roasted besan
chopped onion, ginger garlic paste
red chili powder, garam masala, salt
Heat oil in a kadhai, sauté ginger-garlic, onion, and salt.
Add spices, then mix in paneer, soya, and roasted besan.
Shape into kababs and roast in a pan with oil until golden.
