Boil milk and add soaked varai rice in the milk. . Keep gas flame low and keep stirring it till the mixture becomes thick and varai rice is cooked. .Add gm sugar,nuts and saffron in it. . Turn off the gas flame. . Kheer is ready....😋😋😋
