2 whole eggs
100 ML milk
25 gms all purpose flour
Stevia 15 gm
Vanilla essence - 1 ml
Salt - 2 gms , Erythritol 15 gm
Butter 2 gm
Preheat the oven Grease the ramekins with butter
Separate whites and yolk in different bowls. Add Erythritol and flour to the yolks, whisk to combine.
In a medium pan brink milk to simmer . Pour /rd of hot milk in the egg yolk mix to temper and keep whisking.
Add the rest of the milk to the mix and heat it on the pan. Keep whisking it until the mix is becomes thicker.
Transfer the mix to a larger bowl and let is cool. Add vanilla essence.
Add stevia to the egg whites and pinch of salt , continuously whip until stiff peak formation.
Fold the whipped whites into the yolk mixture.
Pour this in ramekins .
Bake for to mins until puffed
Serve immediately and enjoy your souffle.
