Ground Turkey 100g
1 low carb tortilla
Spinach 50g
2 tbsp Shan kebab masala
1/4 yellow onion
3 cloves garlic
1-2 green Thai chilli peppers
1/2 tomato
1 lemon
2 tbsp chutney
Blend onion, garlic, Shan masala, half lemon, and Thai chilli peppers . Pour mixture into ground Turkey meat and mix all entirely . Form ground meat with hands into meatballs (tiki) form . Place formed meat onto pan lined with - tbsp oil. Cool meat until fully cooked through and slight brown crisp on all sides . Once meat is cooked, sprinkle with other half of lemon and place on a plate and start with the tortilla . Put spinach, tomatoes, sauce of choice (green chutney, tzatziki, sriracha), add the cooked kebab and wrap up all the ingredients together with the tortilla and serve
