50 gm rice
5 gm butter
Half spoon salt
Pinch of turmeric & red chilli powder
5 gm ginger and 10 garlic cloves
Chop all vegetables and coriander leaves and lemon grass leaves.
Boil rice and strain water if remains after boiling
Add butter in a heated pan
Add all vegetables including lemongrass leaves into the pan and stir fly them and add half spoon salt
Add shrimp and stir all for minutes in high flame
Add boiled rice, pinch of turmeric, red chilli powder into the pan and stir for minutes in medium flame and then add coriander leaves.
