Tofu 150 GM Mung dal flour/ Besan 20 GM Gee 5 GM Onion 1/2 cup Green chill 1 Coriander leaf Salt Chilli powder Turmeric , chat masala -optional Zeera power - half spoon Black paper powder
Crush tofu and mash it.. Mix besan/mung flour . Add all the spices and little water( if tofu is dry) to make a smooth dough . Take a ball of dough and roll it with the help of a cut zip lock plastic ( to avoid tearing) put it on Tava and cook it like a normal onion paratha with ghee or butter.. Enjoy it with your favorite gravy/ chatni..
