#Tofu: 50gm

#Add little oil in a pan and saute chopped onion till they are translucent.
#Add ginger garlic paste ,chopped capsicum, grated carrot and cook for a minute. Add tofu and paneer and mix well.
#Add red chillies powder, amchur powder, cumin seed powder, coriander powder, chat masala, salt to taste and cook till raw smell goes off.
# Let the mixture cool down and knead it well.Take small portion from mixture and form patties
#Roast it on non stick pan with few drops of oil.
