marinate the chicken in soya sauce while you chop veggies *chop chicken to an inch size so it Cooks faster
chop capsicum and cabbage slice ginger and garlic
heat ghee in a non-stick pan add the pepper corns, star anise and whole red chillie, ginger and garlic to the ghee when aromatic
add marinated chicken and stir fry on high heat for mins n then cover for a few mins
add the chopped veggies and stir fry for mins
add the tamarind pulp and salt and stir fry for another mins
put of heat and garnish with a few springs of spring onion greens
