Sweet potato: 200 gm
Cornflour: 15 gm
Olive oil: 15 gm
Garlic powder: 1/2 tsp
Chaat masala: 1/2 tsp
Salt: To taste
Red chilli powder: 1/2 tsp
Tomato: 1/2 or 25 gm
Onion: 1/2 or 30 gm
Lemon juice: 1/2 lemon
Coriander leaves: 2 tbsp
Preheat oven at ub C.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set it aside.
Wash, peel and cut the sweet potato into thin slices with a cutter.
Put slices in a bowl, toss cornflour well, add spices and toss again.
Place the sweet potato slices on a baking tray, leaving space in between.
Bake for - minutes, flipping in between.
Fine chop onion, tomatoes and set them aside.
In a bowl take chips, onion, tomato, coriander leaves, lemon juice, add more spices and salt if required and serve immediately.
