50 gm Bombil (Dry Bombay Duck Fish) 12 gm Olive Oil 1 Chopped Tomato 1 Chopped Onion 5-6 Garlic Cloves 5-6 small pc of ginger 2 medium spicy green chilli 1.5 Tablespoon Chilli Powder 1.5 Tablespoon Turmeric Powder 1.5 Tablespoon Cumin Powder Salt as per taste and Coriander for garnishing
) Take Cleaned Bombil ) Take Pan and add oil ) Add Bombil in oil and shallow fry them till get crispy. ) Remove Bombil from oil and keep them aside. ) Add chopped onion, crushed garlic cloves, crushed ginger and crushed chilli in oil and cook till onion gets golden color ) Add chopped tomato, chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, salt. ) Add Bombil and coriander and water. ) Cover with plate and put water on the plate and cook for minutes. ) Remove cover and cook for minute on high flame. ) Serve with chapati or rice or specially with rice bhakari.
