Soak chickpeas over night and keep aside. Next day boil it, take out the chickpeas in a bowl add salt, chili powder, chopped coriander leaves, chopped green chili, roasted jeera powder and lemon juice and mix everything nicely. Keep this aside.
Boil potatoes just until cooked. Do not overcook them. They should be firm and not mushy or soggy. Cool them completely and remove the skin. Grate or mash them in a mixing bowl. Make sure there are no chunks of potatoes. Add salt and black pepper and mix it. Divide the mixture into equal parts. Take a portion of the potato mixture, flatten it and fill it with chickpeas, then close the potato around the stuffing and form into a patty. Repeat to make othe tikkis also.
Meanwhile preheat air fryer for minutes at degree. Now put the tikki in air fryer and fry both the for to minutes or until golden brown.
Place rest of the chickpeas on a plate place the tikkis on the chickpeas and garnish with onion, tomato, yogurt, meethi chutney and coriander leaves,
