Sweetener- as per the taste
Crush the strawberries by mashing it in colander. Don’t grind it in the mixer to get the feeling of crush.
Add crushed strawberries to whey protein powder and mix well. Add curd and sweetener and whip it nicely.
Top it with fresh strawberry slices and refrigerate it for about minutes. Enjoy this as pre/post workout meal.
