250 gms any white fish I used Basa
2 tbsp grated ginger paste
1 spring onion finally chopped ( optional)
4 tbsp chopped coriander
1/2 tea spoon sesame oil
1 cap soy sauce
Salt to taste
Steam the fish fillet. I used Idli stand, you can use the steamer if you have. It takes approx - mins to cook the fish.
Now take the fish fillets out and place in a fish. Also pour the white liquid over the fish that drops off the fish in the Idli plates
In a work add oil and sauté the ginger for a min on med flame
Add soy sauce, salt and white pepper to taste and / cup n water. Hear the mixture until simmering.
Now add chopped spring onions and coriander to the mixture and pour over the fish. Serve fresh with steamed rice. :)
