Poha/flatten rice: 50 gm
Moong dal, unsoaked: 40 gm
Oil: 5 ml
Onion: 30 gm
Carrot: 30 gm
Mustard seeds: A pinch
Curry leaves: 6 to 7 leaves
Lemon: Half lemon
Salt: To taste
Turmeric: To taste
Rinse poha and transfer it to a strainer immediately.
Take a wok and oil in it. Add mustard seeds, curry leaves and let them splutter.
Add chopped onion and carrot. Stir and sautue it for minutes on a medium flame.
Now add sprouts and a dash of water. Cover it with a lid for - minutes.
Add salt, turmeric and combine them well.
Add poha and toss it nicely. Cook it for another minutes. Lastly, add lemon juice and mix it well (You can adjust salt at this stage).
Poha is ready to be served.
