100 gm sabut moong ( soaked overnight, and sprouted for 1 or two days )

finely chopped 100 gm onion and 100 gm tomato

1 finely chopped green chilli

half lemon juice

dry spices - salt, Black salt , red chilli powder, chat masala , garam masala

Method

Step 1

mix all the above ingredients , ( dry spices according to your taste )
