In a bowl, add chicken ,chopped onions, grated ginger and garlic, sliced tomatoes, curry leaves (kadi pata), coriander leaves (dhaniya pata), ghee (clarified butter), turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix everything well.
Add the marinated chicken to the heated pan. Cook it on a slow flame for about minutes, stirring occasionally to ensure even cooking.
After minutes, sprinkle chicken masala over the cooked chicken in the pan.
Continue cooking the chicken with the added masala for an additional minutes to allow the flavors to blend together. Transfer the cooked chicken to a serving pot or dish, and it's ready to serve! Enjoy
