Soya granules - 50 gm

Potatoes (mashed)- 200 gm

Mix vegetables finely chopped

Spices as per taste

Ghee/butter/oil - 10 gm

Method

Step 1

Cook the soya granules as per the instructions mentioned in the packet. Then mix all the ingredients and shallow fry both sides. The above ingredient quantities made tikkis. Note - The tikki’s will be a little delicate so turn them with care using two spatulas.
