Whole Wheat - 50 gms
Soya Chunks - 40 gms
elaichi - 1
Daalchini - 1 stick
oil as per want
Wash the soya chunks twice thoroughly
Boil the soya chinks with a pinch of salt along with elaichi and daalchini
After the soya is boiled wash it under cold water
Put the washed soya into a mixer and make a paste out of it
Add the whole wheat and the soya paste and make a dough out of it
Make the rotis out of it and brush it with slight oil to make it extra soft
