Soya flour / powdered soya granules- 50g
Rice Flour - 50g
Salt as per taste
Oil- 8g
Grated coconut - 25 g
Green chilli - as per taste
Coriander (chopped) - 3 tbsp
Red chilli - 2 or as per taste
Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
Baking soda - 1/4 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/8 tsp
Asafoetida- a pinch
Soya Rice Balls -Mix soya flour, rice flour, salt and baking soda together. Make soft dough out of it using hot water Divide this dough into equal sized balls. And cook them in boiling water with g oil for - min. This time may vary with type of flour, consistency of dough and size of balls. So keep and eye on it after min and cook them until soft
Chutney : in a jar add g of coconut, red chilli, salt. Grind everything well. Make tadka with g oil, mustard seeds, salt and red chilli. Mix both the things together
Chutney - in a jar add remaining coconut, green chilli, coriander leaves, salt, asafoetida ( a pinch) and cumin seeds . Grind it to a fine paste
