Raw Whey - 20 gm

milk -150 ml

Peanut butter (I have used all natural) -35 gm

soya chunks- 15 gm

Yellaki Banana -45 gm

Method

Step 1

Take soya chunks in a mixer jar and grind it to make fine powder.

Step 2

Take all the ingredients mentioned above in mixer jar and blend it nice and smooth !

Step 3

add ice cubes or chill in refrigerator for enhanced taste.
