Boiled Soya (20 gm), Rice (50 gm), Veggies like carrots, onion, tomato, capsicum (70-100 gm)

Oil (10 gm), Water (as needed)

Spices: Cinnamon, Bay Leaf, Mustard & Cumin Seeds, Ginger-Garlic Paste, Red Chili Powder, Biryani Masala, Pudina Powder, Salt

Curd 200 (as a side)

Method

Step 1

Heat oil, add mustard, cumin, cinnamon, bay leaf.

Step 2

Sauté ginger-garlic paste, then add veggies & soya.

Step 3

Mix in spices, then add rice & water.

Step 4

Cook for whistles. Let pressure release, fluff, and serve.

Step 5

Enjoy with curd or raita.
