Spices: Cinnamon, Bay Leaf, Mustard & Cumin Seeds, Ginger-Garlic Paste, Red Chili Powder, Biryani Masala, Pudina Powder, Salt
Curd 200 (as a side)
Heat oil, add mustard, cumin, cinnamon, bay leaf.
Sauté ginger-garlic paste, then add veggies & soya.
Mix in spices, then add rice & water.
Cook for whistles. Let pressure release, fluff, and serve.
