You’ll need - 30 gms Soya Chunks - 40gm soaked white rice (1/2 hours ) - 1 Medium Onions (finely chopped) - 1 Tomatoes f(finely chopped) - 1 tsp cumin seeds - 1 tsp Chilly Powder - 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp Biriyani Masala - Chopped Carrot - 2 tablespoons Yogurt - Chopped Capsicum - 1/2 Lemon - Salt to taste
- Boil Soya Chunks in Water and add a little bit of salt. Squeeze out excess water. - Take a cooker and add oil, add cumin seeds and let it splutter. Add onions . Sauté it and then add tomatoes, let it cook on low flame for mins. -Once the tomatoes are completely cooked add salt and the spices. Once the raw smell of spices go away add the soya chunks and yogurt. - Mix it well and then add the soaked rice. Add hot water till it covers the rice and finally add lemon juice.Cook on medium flame till three whistle. - Remove the cooker from the stove and then wait for the steam to completely escape before opening.And you are good to go .
