Soya chunks flour 30gms
Wheat flour 30gms

tomato sauce 8gms
veggies 100gms

chilli flakes

Mix soya chunks flour and wheat flour with salt and water like chapati dough
roll out chapatis with the flour and poke holes with fork or toothpick.
on a heated tawa, cook chapati until water evaporates.
Remove from heat, spread half of the tomato sauce all over, put veggies on it. sprinkle some oregano, chilli flakes and cheese
put this back on the tawa, close with lid and cook on slow flame until cheese melts.
I used cheese cube so the cheese doesn't look gooey. use mozzarella for gooey texture.
make another piece in the same process. enjoy while it's hot
