25 g Soya chunks(mini)
300 g Spinach
15 g Besan
10 g Ghee
1 small Tomato
Salt to taste
1tsp Jeera powder
1/4 tsp garam masala powder
2 green chillies
50 g coriander leaves
1bay leaf
1/2 tsp dried fenugreek leaves
In a container boil some water, add a pinch of salt and soya chunks. Keep it aside for mins. Now drain the water. Take a pan and add palak. Cook it for mins without adding oil or water. Once palak get soft grind it to a paste along with green chillies and coriander leaves.
In a pan add ghee, let it get hot than add bay leaf and jeera.
Next add Besan and roast it. Than add tomato puree and jeera powder. Fry this masala well.
Now add palak paste and salt. Cook it for mins in medium flame and add soya chunks.
Mix everything well and cook this in a medium flame for - mins. Now add garam masala powder and dried fenugreek leaves.
And it's done.
I had a cheese left in my macros so I added it on top but that's completely optional.
