vegetable stock 200 ml
soya chunks -50 gms
oil 10 -gms
2-red dry chilli
5 garlic cloves
black pepper 1/2 tbsp
chilli flex 1/2 tbsp
1-lemon juice tbsp
1/4 tbsp salt
Add biled soya chunks in a bowl leave it for soaking.
When soaked squeeze and keep aside.Keep stock
Heat the oil add dried chillis,add garlic saute until golden brown.
Add crushed pepper,Red chilli flex
Add squeezed soya chunks allow it to turn golden brown.
Add lemon juice salt and add the remaining stock.
Stir fry till liquid is absorbed.
