Onion - 100g ,ginger garlic paste -1tsp
Tomato - 60g
Oil - 8g
Amul fresh cream -15g
chilli , dhaniya , jeera ,garam masala-1tsp each , turmeric 1/4 tsp powders
Cashew 5 (Opt )
Step In non-stick pan add oil cashews ,onions ,gin gar paste saute mins ,add tomato puree and all masala powders saute mins. Cool the mixture and grind it to paste.
Step boil Soya peas together for mins in high flame
Step take same non-stick pan add grinded paste ,clove elachi ,bay leaf cinnamon stick -each ,add boiled soya peas close lid and cook for mins.add kasuri methi & coriander leaves at end.
Serve hot with rice or soya flour roti
