50 gm Soya (soaked in hot water and ground) Jeera ginger garlic paste Onion Capsicum Haldi salt Red chilli powder Chat masala (if permitted)l Dhaniya powder Tomato puree Choti illaichi Lemon juice Green chilli Isabgol 10 gm Olive oil
Heat a kadhai,add jeera let it turn golden. . Add ginger garlic paste. . Add onion and cook till light brown on low heat. . Remove from fire.Add masala - salt,chat masala,red chilli powder,dhaniya powder. . Return to fire.Add tomato puree and choti illaichi powder. Stir. . Add the soya and mix. Add little water and cook for about a minute. . Add capsicum and cook for further minutes. Remove from fire.Cool. . Add lemon juice and green chillies. . Add isabgol to bind the mixture. . Make balls of the mixture and flatten it and cook it on the tawa with olive oil. . Serve with hari chutney.
