Mini Soya chunks - 100g
Butter - 5g
Spices - salt, black pepper powder, garam masala, chat masala, cumin powder, crushed red chili flakes, turmeric powder.
Take a nonstick pan and add butter and spread it out with the help of spatula while keeping on a low flame
Add soya chunks and let it roast on low flame for about minutes and keep on tossing it in between
Prepare a spice mix in a bowl adding all spices together and sprinkle on the roasted soya chunks
Switch off the flame as soon as you add spices so that it don’t burn out
Let the soya crunchies cool down and store it in an airtight container
