Grind Jeera, Green chilli, Ginger, Curry leaves, Coriander leaves into a smooth green paste. . Add gm of boiled soya chunks to it and grind to a fine paste. . Add salt, asafoetida, gms of curd/yogurt and blend well. Add lot of water for desired buttermilk consistency. . Garnish with coriander leaves if you desire. . Have chilled. Very tasty and easy to make. Make a bottle and store in fridge. Have whenever you feel hungry between meals.
