Soya chunks 50 gm Oil 10 mg Corn flour 10 gm Tomato sauce 2 tbsp Chilly sauce 6gm Ginger garlic paste 2tbsp Vegetables of choice ( onion, capsicum, coriander, spring onions) Green chillies 3 nos
) Boil soya chunks for minutes in sufficient water. ) Strain Boiled chunks and wash it with cold water. Squeeze and remove the water and keep aside. ) In a large bowl add grams of of curd, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, pepper powder and salt. Marinate chunks properly and keep for minutes. ) Sprinkle grams of corn flour on it mix well and bake for minutes at °C. ) In a pan add ml of oil add green chillies, vegetables and soute well, add ginger garlic paste and mix well. Add green chilli paste tomato sauce tablespoon vinegar and one tablespoon soya sauce, salt to taste. ) After minutes add grams of corn flour dissolved in a cup of water. ) cook while staring continuously for to minutes till the colour changes. ) Garnish with spring onion and coriander.
