Ghee/oil 10 gms

In a bowl, take sufficient hot water and add ginger garlic paste, turmeric, salt, curd, asafoetida
Soak the soya chunks in above mixture for about minutes
Strain the soya out and add the rice flour on the soya. Mix thoroughly.
Add gm ghee and mix again
Transfer into pre-heated air fryer and let it cook for - minutes.
Meanwhile, in a kadhai, heat gm ghee, add the chopped ginger, garlic, mustard seeds, curry leaves, asafoetida, green chillies and saute for a minute.
Add the air fried soya into kadhai... And mix well. Add pepper powder
Fry on kadhai for about mins.
Transfer to a plate and Squeeze lemon juice on top
Garnish with coriander leaves
