1 cup chocolate whey protein
175 g silken tofu
1 sachet stevia
Drain the silken or smooth tofu and press it gently to remove excess water. No need to cook.
Place the tofu in a food processor and blend until it reaches a smooth consistency.
Add the chocolate whey protein powder, stevia, and a pinch of salt to the processor.
Taste and adjust the sweetness with more stevia.
Refrigerate the mousse for at least hrs. Best if you refrigerate for more than hrs to remove the tofu after taste.
Serve it chilled with optional toppings like berries or sprinkle of protein powder
