200g Seafood Marinara mix (deli) - Woolworths or Coles in Australia
1 clove Garlic
1 inch piece raw Ginger
2 small chillies
1 tsp Olive oil
Juice from 1/2 lime
1 handful Coriander leaves
Spinach, cucumber & cherry tomatoes for salad
Finely dice garlic, ginger & chillies
Heat up frypan and add olive oil
Cook the garlic, ginger & chillies in the oil for about a minute
Add the seafood and cook for -mins until slightly brown, stirring regularly
Add the coriander leaves & lime juice and turn on low for another mins to let the flavours develop further
Prepare the salad on the plate first, then add the marinara mix on top
serve, multiply the quantities for additional servings
