50g govind bhog
50g miniket (boiled rice)
1tsp salt
water as required
5g oil
Wash and soak the rice overnight
Blend the rice with salt and water, make sure it still has some broken rice in it, not completely fine paste
Mix the oil with water. roll up a cotton cloth piece and wet it to be used as a brush (you can use a silicon brush, but the cotton will clean and oil the pan at the same time)
Heat an appe pan, coat it with oil using the cloth/brush.
Pour the rice batter halfway and cover.
cook each side
Enjoy it with liquid date palm jaggery or nolen gur!
you can add tbsp finely chopped onion and Tbsp finely chopped green chilli to make the hot and sweet version of the sweet.
