500g potato
8g oil
1/2 tsp Nigella seeds
4-5 green chilli
1/2 tsp Hing
250 ml water
4g ghee
1/2 tsp black pepper
1tsp salt
Heat the oil in a wok
Add hing, Nigella seeds and chillies
Saute for - secs
Add potatoes and salt
Fry on medium high flame for mins
Add the water and bring it to boil
Simmer for mins or until the potatoes are cooked
Add the ghee and black pepper
Serve with rice/chapati or have it as it is
