mutton (300) , aata (50 grams for two chapati ) , onion , tomato, oil (5-10 grams )
Add turmeric to the mutton and rub all over. Set aside
Heat oil in a pressure cooker and saute fennel seeds, bayleaf, cinnamon, cardamom and cloves. After that add onion and heat them till it become golden
Add tomatoes, coriander powder, meat masala and salt and cook till it becomes a thick paste.
add mutton and water and keep them in the lid
once done then adjust seasoning and keep it resting for mins before serving along with the chapati
please note that i prepared with kg of mutton but wrote gram calories equivalent to a single meal.
