chicken (250 grams) , spices , 2-3 onions (100-150 grams ) , 1 tomato (100-150 gram) , coriander, ginger ,green chilli,whole garlic, wheat flour ( 40 grams-50 grams)
marinate the chicken for half an hour add turmeric powder , Kashmiri Lal mirch , lemon and salt
add oil (- grams) and jeera ( tbs) and tez patta , dalchini , Kali mirch , dried mirchi , laung badi and choti elaichi add garlic and chopped onions and saute it to make them brown add ginger and chilli and saute again till you feel the flavour is coming add spices ( haldi , lal mirch powder) add tomato and salt cover the lid and till the whole becomes soft and mushy
add hot water and coriander stems and again cover the lid for whistles on medium flame
now add marinated chicken and little spice and kasturi methi and mix them properly
