Toor Dal -30gm

Moong dal-30gm

salt

turmeric

green chilli

jeera

ghee

mustard

Method

Step 1

Boil the both Dal in the cooker with gm of ridge gourd

Step 2

Roast Green chilli about - piece ,garlic -- cloves l ,Jeera, salt and make a paste of this..

Step 3

Take a pan for seasoning add Ghee, mustard, Jeera, curry leaves, Hing, and the grind chilli paste add the Dal to this and add turmeric ,salt to taste bring it to boil.. Now the yummy n different tasty Dal is ready..
