Heat butter in a pan, add chopped garlic, fry till aromatic
Add chopped mushrooms,saute for a bit, then add zucchini and bell peppers in the end. Add salt at this stage
Add Ricotta to the vegetables and let it cook for another min
On the side, Boil water, cook pasta as described on your packet, I used tricolour fusili (g) which takes - min boiling
Drain the water from the pasta and add to the ricotta and vegetables cooking on the side
Season with Basil, oregano, fresh black pepper
