Besan/Chickpeaflour 80gm
Rava/semolina. 20gm
Oil 4gm
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Eno 1 small packet
Salt,Hing(asafoetida), Pinch of turmeric powder
Beetroot(grind in mixer +ginger +curryleaves +green chilli + water) 75gm
1 Guava - 78gm (garnish)
Strawberries (garnish) 67gm
Mix besan+rava+salt+hing+turmeric+oil + lemon juice. Mix all these. . Add beetroot paste and water as required. . Prepare a steamer on gas . Then add Eno to the above batter . Pour in some mould or steel utensil available to you. . Keep the flame on medium high for -mins. keep an eye. . Let it cool and garnish. Cut the cake. Tip: You can frost this with some curd dip as well.
