Spices as per taste
Measure the soya flour and whole wheat flour . Grate water rich vegetables like lauki, cucumber, dhaniya, methi, palak etc. . Add spices like ajwain, jheera, haldi, dhaniya powder and salt . Add little water to make a soft dough . Make chapatis and have with curd or any vegetables. Can use little oil to make theplas.
