Ragi /ragi flour- 30 g
Black gram dal / urad dal -15 g
Poha/suji/any flour for binding-5 g
Salt
Oil -5 g
Onion/green chili/curry leaves- optional
Soak ragi and urad dal separately for - hours/overnight If using flour then do not soak
Grind urad dal to a fine paste,remove and , then grind ragi and poha / suji / any flour for binding
Mix together all and add salt and let it ferment for - hours or more
Brush oil on cast iron pan or nonstick pan Spread ragi batter like uttapam , sprinkle some chopped onion, green chilli,, curry leaves etc Put lid on it and let it cook for - mins
Flip and cook other side without lid Enjoy with chutney !!
