3/4th TSP Asafoetida
2 Green Chillies
100gms Ragi Flakes
1/2 Cup Water
2 TSP Oil
Heat oil in a pan. Once oil is hot put mustard seeds, curry leaves, thinly sliced Green chillies and fry. Now put sliced onions to this tadka and fry till they are golden brown. Once Onions are golden brown Add Ragi flakes to the pan and roast it continuously till minutes. Sprinkle / Cup Water and mix well till minute. Now garnish it with coriander leaves and lemon. Your deliciously crunchy and health filled Ragi Flakes upma is ready. You can also ragi flakes like we have cornflakes with milk and dry fruits.
